Mixed Martial Arts is a full-contact martial art that allows both striking and grappling either standing or on the ground. It is a true culmination of any and all martial arts disciplines that has been popularized by the UFC. MMA is considered the purest and most legitimate form of hand-to-hand combat.

What You Can Expect

Our MMA classes are 60 minutes in duration and involve a warm up followed by drilling which can cover most any grappling or striking technique as it pertains to MMA including takedowns, wall work or any variation of striking and grappling.
